Free Admission For Running 3+ Slots:
For those Game Masters that donate even more time to help out, COS will waive the $20 3-Day Pre-Registration Fee if you run 3 or more Independent (Events Subject to Approval) or COS Staff Events. This is in addition to the Event Ticket Collection rewards!

Each event can be either COS Staff or Independent events, but must be a minimum of 4 hours and must be submitted by the appropriate deadlines deadlines below:

To Qualify by running 3+ Independent Events:
(Events Subject to Approval)

COSCON - January 31st
SIBCON - July 31st

This is so that they can be posted for Event Pre-Registration. This includes ALL other games run at our conventions (RPGs, Miniatures, etc.) that are not considered COS Staff Events.

To Qualify by running 3+COS Staff Events:
(Events Subject to Approval)

Two Weeks Prior to the Convention Date
for both COSCON & SIBCON

This includes RPGA Living Campaigns, COSWorld, or other Tournaments Supplied by COS for the Convention. Typically, the deadline is late February for COSCON and early September for SIBCON.

But that's not all!...


Note: Volunteering to add events on-site for Registration Fee reimbursement is also possible, but the events must be approved and must actually run!

Note: GMs who gain free admission to the convention via this GM Bonus and fail to show for their events, especially if players pre-register for them, will be required to pay their Registration Fee into the convention and will no longer be able to benefit from this bonus.
