It looks like in the pdf book chapter 6 Harming - "weakness" is removed from the game and energy drain is in its place.

Is weakness still in the game elsewhere?

Just wanted to add this to the 2018 changes edits. Thanks!

I too would like to know why weakness is no longer in the harming list.

For all your rules questions and more, please consult the main thread here.

All Strength Drain effects were removed/merged with Energy Drain, and Weakness is a Strength Drain effect. The effects of Energy Drain are also more powerful and streamlined now as well. Page 1-17 of the rulebook.

Weakness specifically was removed because -7 to damage in one shot, which stacked as well, was grossly overpowered for the level and mana cost.
