Do push effects, like shield push and toss, work on a creature which is currently Pinned, Entangled, webbed, paralyzed, petrified, etc.?

Good question! We'll review and provide an official ruling in a jiffy.

I know I don't get a vote, but I think that if someone that cannot be moved is "pushed", the push should be converted to damage to the immovable target; i.e. strain to pinned legs, etc.

Nonvote Opinion Only,

How would you play that Crow? Maybe a slow effect for hurt ankle?

But, If we can't tactically use web, etc... to block corridors then maybe the answer's just 'no'.

*Shield Push and Toss would work on (but does not negate/dispel) a Pinned target but the target would still be affected by the Pin effect at its new location as Pin is an offensive effect as well.

*Shield Push and Toss would not work on an Entangled, Webbed, Paralyzed, Petrified or Sunk target.

This is based off the relative strengths of each ability/spell.

Thanks Luke.
As a follow-up question, does Force Burst, Force Press and Force Wave, effect a target Entangled, Webbed, Petrified, Paralyzed, Sunk Etc.?

Similarly based on relative strengths:

*Force Burst/Press/Wave would work on Entangled, Webbed, and Paralyzed targets (Level 10 or lower effects), however the target would still be entangled, webbed, or paralyzed at the new location.

*Force Burst/Press/Wave would not work on Sunk, Petrified or Caged targets as they are effectively all level 11+ equivalent effects.

If something changes on these and one would take effect, we'll update the descriptions accordingly.
