Thank you to all our volunteers, GMs, staff, vendors, and players for another great Coscon! We loved seeing both a lot of new faces and old friends, an awesome turnout, and a variety of items in the charity auction to benefit Robin’s Home!
That being said, at this point we have cancelled Sibcon in September 2025 at the current site due to issues with the hotel. We are again looking for a new permanent site and hopefully can reschedule it for September at a new venue. If you know of any possible sites, please let us know via the Contact Us Page or via email at cons@circleofswords.com.
The ideal venue would be a minimum of 7,000 square feet but more means cutting less, close to hotels/Food, has tables and chairs. We can plan around most of these if lacking except space, and even then, we’ll see what we can figure out. Thank you for any help or leads!
