SIBCON is our annual Fall 3-day gaming convention and expo. Events include Organized Play such as Dungeons & Dragons Adventurers League and Paizo Pathfinder & Starfinder Society events, as well as member-driven living campaigns like COSLarion Pathfinder 1E and Kysie Returns D&D 5E.

There will also be events for independent and one-shot tabletop roleplaying games, miniature games, and board games, and you can browse our vendor area!

Pre-Registration discounts are eligible until online registration closes two weeks prior to the con.
Attendees registering after that point must pay full price at the door.

How To Register For Sibcon

  • Register (or log in) at www.Warhorn.net
  • ‘Join’ our Sibcon event on Warhorn.net
  • Select your pass type and extras
  • Pay via PayPal through Warhorn
  • Allow 1-3 days for your registration to be processed
  • Once cleared, sign up for your desired events!

How To Submit GM Events

  • Register fand ‘Join’  our Sibcon event on Warhorn as an attendee
  • Select a GM Free or Discounted pass type and any extras
  • Once cleared, sign up to GM posted Organized Play D&D / Paizo events
  • Or submit your event(s) via our GM Event Form
  • We post your event(s) on Warhorn and sign you up as the GM

Onsite Pass Fees

$35 – Weekend 3-Day Pass
$15 – Friday-only Day Pass
$20 – Saturday-only Day Pass
$15 – Sunday-only Day Pass

Online Pre-Reg Discounted Pass Fees*

$35 – Weekend 3-Day Pass

GM Free Admission

$0 – Weekend 3-Day Pass – Run 3+ slots / 12+ hours
$0 – Friday-only Day Pass – Run 1+ slots / 4+ hours
$0 – Saturday-only Day Pass – Run 2+ slots / 8+ hours
$0 – Sunday-only Day Pass – Run 1+ slots / 4+ hours

GM Online Pre-Reg Discounted Pass Fees**

$15 – Weekend 3-Day Pass – Run 2 slots / 8+ hours
$25 – Weekend 3-Day Pass – Run 1 slots / 4+ hours

1 Slot = 4 hours minimum

*Online Pre-Registration and discounted admission ends two weeks prior to the convention

  • If you pick a GM badge but are not signed up to run the required number of events, your badge will revert to the closest Player Online Pass type.

**Online Pre-Registration GM Pass Criteria/Restrictions

  • Must commit and be signed up for posted events on Warhorn when registration closes (i.e. no backouts after registration closes)
  • Pre-registration is required to ensure players can sign up for the event, (and for organized play events it gives coordinators time to get you mods to be prepared onsite)
  • If the number of GM events do not match the badge fee, you must pay the balance at the door onsite
  • As always, if you pay for any badge but end up GMing 3+ events onsite, we offer a badge refund of fees paid (and many thanks!)
  • As always, if events are scheduled/offered and the GM is ready to run but ultimately does not happen due to lack of player signups, there are no drawbacks or reg fees to repay
