This got sent to me by a friend who is interesting in participating in the 5K. I know a few people get into the zombie stuff that happens downtown. Figured I would pass along the information. Looks like loads of fun!

I know its almost a year off for the Pittsburgh run.

I know Mars has a cross country trail. In the spring, I'll probably do a lot of training on it, I'll let you know when I'm going and anyone's welcome to join.
