We will be having some open meetings in the next few months to go over issues/changes/future/etc of COS. They will all be held at 312 Old Plank Rd, Butler, PA 16002.

The first meeting will be on Sunday, Nov 18th at 2pm. This meeting will deal with Larps. This is not a Quest Plot or rules meeting but will deal with changes and where we go from here.

The next meeting will be on Saturday, December 15th from 1pm-4pm and will deal with the club as a whole. Memberships, websites, future projects, etc. Items to expand the membership and outreach of the club.

The final meeting will also be on December 15th but at 4pm. This meeting will deal with all aspects of the conventions including changes, advertising, Larps ran at the cons, etc.

Additional note: THe COSVamp Vampire LARP will be discussed during the conventions meeting on December 15th at 4pm since it has a larger presence at the convensions.

We don't plan on discussing it at the LARP meeting this Sunday, though if some cross-topics come up, we can table them for the Dec 15th meeting.

Good point Kimber. We had talked about using a teamspeak channel for folks to log in if they couldn't make it in person.

If there's only a few folks online and it meshes well with the in-person meeting, we can leave the mic open maybe (will rely on Bax and Tim probably for details more following Tim's plot meeting).

If it gets crazy or frustrating, we may have the folks on teamspeak listen in but just type their questions and we'll mix them in.

Maybe I'll bring a webcam or something as well and we can experiment with Skype if the Teamspeak concept has glitches. Look at us, moving into the 2000's!

Just as a reminder, the Teamspeak channel password is: circleofswords

Just download Teamspeak 3 from the link to the left, then click on 'Circle of Swords Gaming Guild' in the same menu, click connect, and enter the password!

Also, if you are coming to any of the meetings, use the door in the garage, it's a lot easier.

I'm unexpextedly in Harrisburgh today, and won't likely be able to get into Teamspeak. Any chance that there is a speakerphone so that I can participate?
