2015/2016 Board Elections

The election for the new board will be coming up soon. To run for the board, you have to be a member by June 30. For one of the 4 board officers, you need to be 21. For the 3 at-large positions, you need to be 18.

You need to contact me at saldo316@hotmail.com if you are interested in running by August 15th. It must be by e-mail or in writing, verbally is not acceptable. Ballots will be sent shortly after that.

The by laws with duties is under the COS club forum.

The Board term is October 1 through September 30.

They were mailed on Monday and handed out at the con for those that attended,

Number of ballots turned in was very good. Since 9/30 was the cutoff and was by mail, I have to wait a few days for any ballots that were postmarked on 9/30 so I'll have the results by early next week.
