   Registered Member #1 Joined: Sat Dec 09 2006, 11:54p.m.Posts: 3281 | To all COS club members with active memberships as of 6/30/2017, There was a delay in mailing out this year’s ballots for the 2017-2018 COS Board of Directors election. As a result, we would like to confirm that everyone has received their ballots. You should receive a confirmation email. In the event that you did not, please PM me. We will note those that have not received their ballot and take steps to rectify the issue so that you are able to vote. In the event that you receive a replacement ballot only to receive your original ballot in the mail, please destroy the one you received last. In the event that we received two postmarked envelopes, we will destroy one assuming you have voted the same on both, as multiple votes cannot be processed. To verify your mailing address, please check your profile settings on this site. The COS website is the system of record that we use to communicate with you for MailChimp blasts, paper mailings, etc., so please ensure that your information is correct.
